Created by sculptor Maya Lin, this is both a sculpture and a public park, "Ecliptic" on Rosa Parks Circle incorporates three forms of water: liquid, vapor, and solid. Many events are held in Rosa Parks Circle throughout the year including the popular ice rink in the winter months where ice skaters and guests gather.
